**Job Summary:** Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd in London. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for residents and contractors, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with residents about maintenance updates and issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, identifying and addressing maintenance and safety concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient estate management.
- Maintain accurate records related to inspections, maintenance, and health and safety checks.
- Oversee waste and recycling management, ensuring proper collection and storage.
- Supervise contractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Respond to onsite emergencies, such as fire, flooding, or security incidents, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access points, reporting any issues.
- Support property management initiatives, including cleaning, litter-picking, and external grounds maintenance.

- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in residential property management or a similar field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their application in property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supervising contractors and delivering customer-focused services in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
