Daniel Owen is excited to partner with a leading client in London to find a dedicated Building Manager.

As a Building Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents. You'll be the frontline representative, ensuring communal facilities are reliable and high-quality, while fostering positive relationships with residents and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for residents and contractors, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively with residents about maintenance updates and issues.
Conduct regular inspections of communal areas, identifying and addressing maintenance and safety concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient estate management.
Maintain accurate records related to inspections, maintenance, and health and safety checks.
Oversee waste and recycling management, ensuring proper collection and storage.
Supervise contractors, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Respond to onsite emergencies, such as fire, flooding, or security incidents, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access points, reporting any issues.
Support property management initiatives, including cleaning, litter-picking, and external grounds maintenance.What We're Looking For

A friendly and approachable individual with a strong focus on customer service.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in residential property management or a similar field.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their application in property management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supervising contractors and delivering customer-focused services in a busy environment.
