Culinary Support Professional

We are seeking a Culinary Support Professional to help us deliver exceptional care at our luxury homes in the UK. This role involves supporting chefs with meal planning and preparation, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all food prepared meets food hygiene standards and safe methods of work are used at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cooking equipment, work areas, and facilities.
- Manage kitchen stocks and stores, ensuring accurate records and stock rotation systems are in place.
- Show courtesy and respect to residents and their relatives at all times.
The salary for this position is £12,000 per annum, based on 20 hours per week. Additionally, we offer above-market rate pay for our Kitchen Staff, contracted hours, shift patterns working alternate weekends, enhanced overtime rates, workplace pension, comprehensive and further development opportunities, opportunities for career progression, and a refer a friend bonus up to £750 per referral.
