About the Role

The IT Systems Administrator is a key position within our IT department, responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of all IT systems across the charity. As a member of a small and friendly team, you will be involved in a diverse range of responsibilities, including project-based work, upgrading existing systems, and identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.

About You

We are seeking an individual with substantial professional experience in IT Support, ideally within a Systems Administrator role or similar. You will require a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and empathy and understanding of users' perspectives and capabilities. In addition, you will hold a degree in IT or a related field and possess strong technical expertise, as well as the ability to translate IT complexities into a language that all can understand.
