About the Role

St Elizabeth's is seeking a highly organized and efficient temporary Administrator to join their Admissions team. The successful candidate will provide vital secretarial and administrative support to the service, ensuring a smooth and cohesive admission and transition plan is in place for external and internal learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain office systems and databases to ensure efficient data management
  • Lead on minute taking for the service and ensure accurate records are kept
  • Assist with and organize initial assessments, transition meetings, and tours to ensure a seamless experience for learners and their families

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Competent user of MS Office packages, with good data input and manipulation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, learners, and their families
