Office Administrator Apprentice

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer orders are processed timely and accurately
- Daily despatch of orders to include uploading to Fedex and Royal Mail
- Effectively communicate Merrythought’s brand values and product information to the above
- Ensure the office and facilities are tidy and well managed
- Monitor and maintain levels of office supplies, equipment and marketing materials e.g. sales literature - sourcing, collating quotes and ordering/reordering
- Note take at meetings and provide occasional PA support to the Director
- Entry of Purchase invoices via both Solvitt and Sage Software
- Entry of Sales Receipts for the website and shop
- Filing and archiving of company documents
- Assist with customer service support within on-site shop, including cover during staff absence
- Assist with support to Digital and Trades Sales on an occasional basis
- Provide occasional support to other areas of the business as required, or during busy periods, such as helping to pack orders, count stock etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
