**Product Sales Specialist - Insulation Systems | Shropshire / hybrid | Full Time | £33,000 - £45,000 per year | Car allowance (amount TBC) | Profit share bonus after 6 months of service**

Based in Shropshire since 2002, we are a leading manufacturer in lime based ecological and historic building products.

Due to the continued success of the business, we are seeking a Product Sales Specialist to join the team to assist in the growth of the thriving Warmshell internal insulation system.

Warmshell is a versatile insulation system used to create highly energy-efficient new build properties or transform cold, damp houses into warm, comfortable homes. its unique properties and certification mean it is quickly becoming the first choice for sustainable retrofit projects,

Working in an office based, or hybrid role, your proven track record along with your communication skills and product sector knowledge will enable you to take on day to day selling of this sustainable solution, targeting social housing associations, landlords, architects, builders' merchants, and contractors.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- A proven track record of working in the construction industry
- At least two years of experience in selling or promoting building insulation-related products
- Evidence of several years carrying out the customer-facing functions of this role
- Strong motivation to work for a successful market leader in the sustainable building industry
- Possess a good understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and market positioning
- Ability to operate independently and flexibly
- Well organised with excellent administration and timekeeping skills
- Proactively seek opportunities to build your knowledge and skill set, this may include attending 1-2 days of courses, webinars, online training events and similar
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

**What will your role look like?**
- Drive sales of Warmshell insulation systems with a primary focus on accredited Internal wall Insulation
- Deliver category product support to stockists and distributor network
- Follow up and convert Warmshell leads and website enquiries, providing quotations where required
- Provide technical support to property developers and specifiers with some site visits
- Create customised product presentations/CPDs for target audiences/customers
- Deliver product training to new distribution and contractor customers
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Actively support the business growth
- Promote the integrity and benefits of the company’s core product ranges
- Preserve & develop the excellent market reputation of the company
- Principally office or hybrid working, attend regular monthly performance and review meetings at our head office in Shropshire
- Keep management informed by, tracking performance, submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
- Position reports to the Head of Marketing and Business Development
- Carry out duties assigned by your line manager in a safe and orderly fashion, this may be, from time to time, duties above and beyond your normal, expected set duties
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are fully met
