Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving new business leads, developing relationships, and unlocking revenue opportunities.
Your primary objective will be to identify, pursue, and secure new accounts, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and result-driven approach. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop a deep understanding of our services and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth and revenue expansion
- Become an expert in our Freight Forwarding Solutions and market trends
- Nurture existing relationships and build strong partnerships with clients
- Strong target-driven mindset and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
- A competitive basic salary of £29,000
- OTE of £35,000 in the first year
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a driven, coachable graduate with a 2:1 or higher degree from university. You must be comfortable working in a sales environment and have a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
