We are working with a large communications company based in London to find an experienced Retail Sales Executive to join their team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for sales. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for welcoming customers into the branch, establishing their requirements, and providing them with assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Establish customer requirements by asking questions and assessing their needs
  • Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by offering suggestions and cross-selling products and services
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions
  • Ensure the retail environment is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, going above and beyond to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales associate or similar role
  • Interest in technology and telecommunications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
