About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Atrium Healthcare.

Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children with Emotional Behaviour Disorders, Autism/ Learning Difficulties. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care that enables each young person to grow and develop healthily.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing and maintaining clear and consistent boundaries necessary for a safe and secure environment.
  • Taking a child-centred approach in providing care and support.
  • Nurturing and caring for the young people looked after by the organisation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
