Job Summary

Siam Surgery is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, using advanced clinical skills and a broad knowledge base.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-standard patient care, utilizing advanced clinical skills and a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, as well as home visits.
  • Triage patients and work collaboratively with the general practice team.
  • Provide expert advice to patients, carers, and colleagues.
  • Develop innovative concepts and practices to improve primary care delivery.
  • Advance patient health and well-being through health promotion, education, and therapeutic communication.
  • Prescribe medication safely and effectively, adhering to current legislative frameworks.
  • Lead and undertake research and audits, providing leadership and education to healthcare professionals.

Siam Surgery is a semi-rural GMS practice serving over 12,000 patients in Sudbury, Suffolk, and surrounding villages. Our practice is stable, with a partnership of 3 GPs and a dedicated team of 4 nurse practitioners, 3 practice nurses, and a trainee nursing associate.
