About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Fund Services team in Jersey, UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Administration Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of day-to-day activities.
  • Meet financial targets and objectives, including budgeted chargeable hours, recovery rates, and debtors.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical and practical skills of the team.
  • Oversee the review and maintenance of accounting records, ensuring consistency and accuracy in client financial reports.
  • Calculate, review, and publish Net Asset Valuations on a regular basis, as required.
  • Coordinate the submission of accounts filings and company liquidations, including preparation of liquidation accounts.
  • Prepare annual and six-monthly financial statements for administered entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in financial statement preparation, including standalone and consolidated financial statements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members.
