Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a client in Jersey, you will be working three months at a time, travel and accommodation will be provided. This is an exciting opportunity with block bookings of a minimum of three months at a time. Please note you must be able to work minimum of three months and full time. No sponsorship is available for this role.
- Your role will involve.._
Delivering person centred care to our clients, assessing client care needs, administering medication, personal care, social activities, promoting independence, dignity, and respect as well as leading a team of carers and acting as additional support to the service manager.

- Our senior care assistants and support workers will_:
- Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:
- Manual Handling and Mobility
- Fluid and Nutritional Intake
- Medication administration
- Act as additional support to the management team
- Guide and lead a team of carers
- Personal Care
- Dressing
- Continence Care
- Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect
- Participation in recreational activities
- Prompt and assist with medication when required
- **Education, Skills and Qualifications**_
- A Full UK driver’s license is essential for this role.
- NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- DBS on the update service preferred
