About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at BTA. As a key member of our Global Capital Markets team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and managing a team of fee earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your team to manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Be responsible for a team of fee earners who administer Capital Markets structures, including preparation of board packs, review of legal documentation, and updating client statutory records.
  • Drive business development goals through proactive management and key relationship development.
  • Manage team billing and debt collection, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in legal and regulatory frameworks affecting clients.

Requirements

  • Business, Law, or Accounting degree, preferably with ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualifications.
  • Proven people management skills, including leadership and development of junior talent.
  • Strong knowledge of local legislation and Corporate Governance framework.
