About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is part of our ongoing efforts to drive innovation and partnerships in global health. As Head of Innovation and Partnerships Health, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that foster collaboration and drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  2. Maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, academics, and industry professionals to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  4. Evaluate and assess partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic adjustments.
  5. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, driving mutual value creation and securing long-term collaborations.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as molecular biology, public health, or biomedical sciences.
  • Significant experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation.
  • A strong track record of delivering results-driven projects, with a focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
