Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Part Time Assistant Hotel Manager. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating the hotel teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be results focused and enjoy working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecard targets to ensure their hotel provides customers with a stay that they can trust.

You will be friendly, engaging and welcoming by nature and have previously led a team in a service-led customer-facing industry. Food & beverage experience would be advantageous if applying for a Bar Cafe hotel.
