About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team at Sika. As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining the high standards that our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure that raw materials and products meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new quality control procedures and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
