About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our Estée Lauder store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute in-store events and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
