Job Summary:

As a Brand Representative for Estée Lauder, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while selling our market-leading products across the Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance categories. You will work closely with our team to create a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights our customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual who is able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry. You will have a passion for people and a strong desire to provide personalized customer service. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • Selling our market-leading products across the Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance categories
  • Working closely with our team to create in-store events and visual merchandising displays
  • Meeting sales targets and contributing to the success of the store
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
