About the Role:

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.

You will have total accountability for leading a high-performing team, coaching and developing Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Coach and develop Sales Advisors to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience in a luxury or high-end environment
  • Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events and promotions
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
