Estée Lauder Counter Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
- Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Sales Advisors to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
