About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at House of Fraser. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience, and selling our market-leading products across the Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Sell our market-leading products across the Makeup, Skincare, and Fragrance categories.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
