Product Communications Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Communications Assistant to join our Product Development & Marketing Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials, developing new products, and researching market trends.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for constructing word and voice lists, selecting voice talent, and overseeing recordings and voice testing. Additionally, you will be involved in product program testing, copy writing for marketing materials, and presenting items to sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new products
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to present new products and launch season
  3. Research market trends and develop new product ideas
  4. Write and edit marketing materials, including packaging, website text, and mail order text
  5. Test and refine product programs to ensure high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent standard of the English Language
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Technically minded and interested in consumer electronics
