Marketing Communications Specialist

The Role- Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to align with business objectives and customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager to create engaging content for global marketing campaigns, including digital content, advertising, and public relations.
- Provide marketing communications advice and consultancy to colleagues across the organization.
- Design and deliver marketing communication plans to support projects and initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing content, including digital channels, to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
- Brief and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
- Support the planning and execution of events and conferences, including the Trends and Additives Seminar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude, with a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic team.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with colleagues in other departments.
- Broad exposure to marketing communications activities, with a strong understanding of global marketing trends.
- Ability to enhance business and corporate knowledge, with a focus on marketing communications best practices.
- Supplier/agency management skills, with experience managing external partners to deliver high-quality results.
