We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Healthcare Programme Manager to join our team in London and the South East.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead programme management services for healthcare clients, coordinate clinical, design and estates workstreams, and develop programme management structures and processes within a healthcare estate setting.

You will be responsible for leading teams to support the development of business cases and programmes during pre-construction stages of capital programmes. Your expertise will also include providing strategic advice to NHS clients and supporting them in securing investment for major infrastructure and transformation programmes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage junior team members. You will also contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare advisory services team.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
