Business Administrator

Miki Travel Europe is seeking a skilled Business Administrator to support the Contracts and Purchasing Division.
The C&P Division plays a crucial role in the company, sourcing European hotel products for both group and individual leisure segments. This involves contracting and managing rates, availability, and general terms and conditions with hotels, as well as contracting local service arrangements in certain European destinations.
The Business Administrator will provide full administrative support to the Division Manager and the Area Management team when required.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks related to the arrivals and departures of division resources.
- Support database maintenance by collating data and generating comprehensive reports.
- Facilitate the effective communication of business information to managers and employees.
- Support the administration and coordination of annual and ad-hoc projects.
- Assist with business trip planning and the processing of business trip expense claims.
