Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources functions, driving growth and development through effective management of employee lifecycle stages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures
  • Supporting managers in employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and solutions
  • Supporting payroll administration and benefits as required
  • Contribution to HR-related projects, engagement activities, and change initiatives
  • Fostering relationships with external stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies and training providers
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary Estimate:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
