Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Mentor to join our team. As an Accommodation Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in temporary accommodation, helping them secure stable housing and achieve their long-term goals.

Salary: £15.83 per hour (umbrella option) - estimated annual salary: £33,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Conducting regular needs assessments and updating records as necessary.
  • Assisting clients with benefits applications and ensuring they receive eligible benefits.
  • Providing guidance on accessing essential services and support networks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housing support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of benefits systems and entitlements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
