The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and purchase ledger management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Control:
- Developing and implementing effective credit control strategies.
- Negotiating payment terms with customers and resolving any disputes.
- Issuing statements and reminder letters to customers to ensure timely payment.
- Monitoring and reporting on aged debtors balances.
- Purchase Ledger:
- Managing purchase orders and processing invoices and credit card expenses.
- Reconciling banking transactions and handling credit card and staff expenses.
- Providing support to suppliers and customers with queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Netsuite, Concur Expenses Management, and Sage Payroll.
