Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, handling guest queries, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, including processing payments and handling room assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to achieve excellent service standards.
- Develop a strong knowledge of hotel operations, including room categories, rates, and promotions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including property management systems and front office equipment.
