Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

As a Front Office Receptionist at Accor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services to guests, including check-in, check-out, and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including handling room assignments, key cards, and other requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and other relevant data.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Act in accordance with company brand standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Opera Property Management System, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum of two years previous experience in a Rooms department, preferably Front Office operations.
  • College degree in Hospitality management or related field preferred.
