Sales and Business Development Representative

At OLG Recruitment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position with a negotiable salary, subject to experience.
- Proven experience in logistics sales, particularly in the Belgian, German, and Dutch markets. Knowledge of the Iberian market is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong ability to generate sales leads and achieve sales goals.
- Effective negotiator at all levels, capable of preparing and delivering sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to visit clients, both existing and potential.
- Competent in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform competitor analysis to establish market levels and maintain accurate client records.
- Committed to excellent customer service and willing to travel within the UK and abroad as necessary.
