Customer Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Account Manager to join our team at The Progress Group. As a key member of our Customer Engagement Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new, and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system.
  • Sell additional products and provide customer service to meet customer needs.
  • Attend regional and national events to build brand awareness and deliver demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Undertake research and profiling to source new opportunities and grow existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of winning new business customers.
  • Excellent office/IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google/Microsoft Docs, and email.
  • Ability to manage solution-led sales processes, tailoring solutions to reflect challenges care services may have recruiting or training staff.
