Exeter Air Conditioning Improver Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Improver to work with our clients across Exeter and surrounding areas. This is an excellent chance to develop your skills and knowledge while earning a competitive salary and enjoying excellent benefits.

About the Role

As an Air Conditioning Improver, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of air conditioning and refrigeration installation, commissioning, and maintenance, including the service and repair of VRVs, VRFs, Splits, and Chillers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with Thermatic's PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and task schedules as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team.
  • Supporting team members and acting as second-man where required.
  • Participating in a 24-hour call-out rota.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Improver.
  • C&G/NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial gas systems.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Exeter and surrounding areas.
