This exciting opportunity is part of our Industrial Placement scheme, which offers undergraduate students the chance to gain valuable experience working alongside our team of experts. You will be responsible for ensuring the robustness of our python-based system, developing new content for the dashboard, and collaborating with our scientists and software engineers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Developing the skills to ensure the robustness of the global climate dashboard system and develop new content for the dashboard
- Bringing together observations of key climate indicators with projections of future climate to show how climate change is evolving relative to expectations
- Contributing to related scientific software engineering work on climate monitoring
