We are seeking a Support Assistant - Learning Environment to join our dedicated team in Bracknell. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring all students receive the individualised guidance they need to thrive in the classroom.

As a Support Assistant, you will engage with students and help the class teacher implement strategies and interventions that promote not only academic growth but also confidence and ability to overcome challenges. You will be surrounded by a supportive team of staff and have opportunities to shadow and learn from experienced professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about making a difference, being compassionate and empathetic, yet confident in managing challenging behaviour. Experience working with children who have additional needs or diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, or other challenging needs is desirable.

This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience ahead of studying for postgraduate degrees or choosing a specialism. Psychology, education, or similar degree backgrounds will find this role beneficial in providing valuable experience.
