SEN Teacher: Special Education Expert

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at Opogo. As a Special Education Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to reach their full potential.
Our ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience teaching children or young people with SEND. They will possess strong knowledge of SEND practices and inclusive education, as well as the ability to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and monitoring student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly, and collaborating with teaching assistants and other support staff. They will also liaise with external agencies and professionals to support student development.
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is on offer, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality education to students with SEND. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable students, we encourage you to apply.
