Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Location: Swale

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teacher to work with secondary-aged pupils in Swale. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a hardworking and dedicated individual who can plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of children with SEN such as ASD, SEMH, and/or behavioural difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with learning difficulties and be able to provide small group, 1:1 support, and class teaching. They will also be responsible for planning and preparing engaging educational activities and managing classroom equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering lessons to secondary-aged pupils with SEN.
  • Providing small group and 1:1 support to pupils with learning difficulties.
  • Managing classroom equipment and resources.
  • Preparing and delivering educational activities.

Requirements:

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
