Job Title: Digital Experience Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Officer to join our team at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited. As a Digital Experience Officer, you will be responsible for providing a proficient reception function and creating a positive introduction for customers by putting them at ease, identifying their specific requirements, and directing customers to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience by identifying customer needs and directing them to the appropriate department.
  2. Identify customer digital banking requirements and efficiently and cost-effectively fulfill these while managing the risks associated with migrating new and existing customers to alternative self-servicing and/or digital channels.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  1. Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
  2. National Certificate (NQF5)
  3. 3-4 years branch banking experience with exposure to enquiries
