Job Title: Digital Learning Specialist

Global Banking School is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training content to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Facilitate face-to-face and virtual workshops to engage and educate our employees.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Utilize reporting tools to track engagement, compliance, and impact.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a learning and development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Comfortable with delivery and facilitation.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Professional CIPD qualifications or similar.
