We are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our Training and Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality digital learning resources that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing engaging digital learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless user experience and efficient content delivery.
  • Reviewing and improving existing digital learning resources to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Developing and implementing reporting capabilities to track learner engagement and progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering high-quality digital learning resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address learning gaps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and commitment to delivering exceptional learner experiences.
