Digital Learning Specialist

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join their learning and development team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including eLearning, video, gamification, and training materials.
- Curate content from learning libraries and external suppliers.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee the end-to-end learning design cycle.
- Upload learning assets to the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content remains up-to-date with the latest learning trends.
- 4-5 years' experience in a Digital Learning Design, Learning Technologist role, or similar.
- Proven experience in designing regulatory learning or compliance-based learning, preferably in the financial sector.
- Desirable skills include designing video, audio, and graphic content using tools like Canva, Vyond, and Camtasia.
