Job Title: Digital Learning Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our team at Global Banking School. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our blended learning programmes, which combine interactive classroom-based workshops with engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training Content: You will be responsible for designing and delivering a wide range of training content to our stakeholders, including workshops, online courses, and other learning materials.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Training Sessions: You will facilitate face-to-face and virtual workshops, ensuring that all participants have a positive and engaging learning experience.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis: You will conduct learning needs analysis to identify the training needs of our stakeholders and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Support the HR Department: You will work closely with the HR department to create an exceptional employee experience, including the development and delivery of training programmes.
  • Collaborate with Departments: You will collaborate with all departments to create continuous opportunities for all GBS employees to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Upload Content to the LMS: You will upload content to the GBS learning management system (LMS) and use reporting tools to track engagement, compliance, and impact.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrable Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in a learning and development role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent Time Management Skills: You will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive Attitude: You will have a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their roles.
  • Solution-Focused Mindset: You will have a solution-focused growth mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Professional Qualifications: Professional CIPD qualifications (or similar) would be preferred but are not essential.
