Job Title: Digital Learning Specialist

Global Banking School is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging training content for various audiences, including face-to-face and virtual workshops.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Utilize reporting tools to track engagement, compliance, and impact of training programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a learning and development role, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • A positive attitude, with a passion for helping others succeed in their roles.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
