Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Donnelly Group. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our service department, communicating effectively to resolve vehicle problems and repair timelines.
  • Display exemplary customer service skills and a sales-minded attitude to promote our service and parts facilities.
  • Prospect for service work to encourage customers to take advantage of special offers and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Co-ordinate with the Sales, Workshop, Parts, and Service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive and confident approach.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and work independently as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Kerridge or similar).
