Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Donnelly Group in Dungannon.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless interactions with our customers.

About the Role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, organising department bookings, and promoting our service and parts facilities to encourage repeat business.

You will also be involved in prospecting for service work, carrying out customer follow-up calls, and coordinating with our sales, workshop, and parts teams.

This is a key role that requires a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Organise department bookings and manage customer interactions
  • Prospect for service work and promote our service and parts facilities
  • Carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain relationships and build loyalty
  • Coordinate with sales, workshop, and parts teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Professionally presented and possess a good work ethic
  • A full valid driver's licence
