MJM Industrial Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, quantity surveying, and experience working in airports or rail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of airport projects.
  • Oversee the NEC4 contract to deliver project financials to planned targets.
  • Manage project budgets and internal/external reporting requirements.
  • Commercial and contract management of airport projects.
  • Full understanding of contract, scope of supply, and related budgets.
  • Control of change management process.
  • Take responsibility for the financial management of projects.
  • Manage a commercial team across airport projects.
  • Protect and maximize company returns on projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent project management and negotiating skills.
  • NEC4 experience.
  • Experience leading multi-million-pound projects.
  • Baggage Handling or Heathrow experience is desirable.
  • Qualified Quantity Surveyor / Member of the institute of chartered surveyors.
