Nurse Associate Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Nurse Associate Specialist to join our dynamic team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing associate to develop their professional, clinical, and research skills in HIV and Sexual Health. As a Nurse Associate Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients and their relatives/carers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist advice and support to patients and relatives/carers without supervision, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Actively seek evidence-based practice to maintain competence and continue to develop and deliver a high standard of nursing care in HIV and Sexual Health.
- Monitor and maintain policies, standards of nursing care, and staff development to ensure a safe working environment.
- Be flexible in the approach to the clinical area and provide cover for any area specified within the Jefferiss Wing and Trust.
