Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Ryft, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic sales efforts. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that continuously pushes boundaries.
The ideal candidate will have 12 months minimum experience in an Account Executive role or similar, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. You will possess strong communication skills, the ability to persuasively demonstrate product knowledge, and a creative approach to sales.
In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Manager to hit and exceed personal targets, while contributing to the business's wider objectives. You will also have the opportunity to work with other non-commercial departments to ensure clients go through a smooth journey from initial meeting to becoming a Ryft client.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, uncapped and recurring commission on all closed deals, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, flexible working, office space right in the centre of Manchester, and regular socials and events.
