Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment? We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to be a key player in expanding our reach within the broker market.

This high-volume role involves connecting with potential brokers and lapsed clients, scheduling qualified appointments and effectively managing CRM data to support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively reach out and qualify potential new brokers, engaging through multiple touchpoints to drive high-value opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records for streamlined communication and reporting.
Reconnect with dormant clients to uncover potential needs, revitalise interest, and help convert opportunities.
Partner with our Business Development Managers to align on new leads and maximise conversion rates.What We Offer:

Base Salary: £26,000-£27,000
Bonus: £50 per secured broker appointment
